- All services are available by appointment only
- We often accommodate same-day, even last minute, requests
- Advanced notice for appointments is ideal
- Treatment sessions are actual time — a one-hour massage is truly 60 minutes of hands-on time
- Credit card and email are required to book appointments
Change/Cancel
- Your credit card will not be charged prior to your service, but we do have a strict 24 hour change/cancel policy
- To change your appointment (day, time or service) or cancel, we require 24 hours notice. Otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) amount.
- Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time that are changed / cancelled will be subject to the 50% charge
Payment & Gift Certificates
- Room charge is not an option – payments go directly to the Spa
- You may pay for your session(s) with the card on file or in cash
- Gratuity for your service provider is not included in pricing
- Cash tips are appreciated
- Gift Certificates may be ordered over the phone for future use
