Q: What are the check-in and check out times? 
A: Check-in time is 3PM, and check out time is 10AM.

Q: What are the check-in procedures? 
A: Please go to the front desk to check-in to receive your room keys and parking tag. You will be asked for your photo ID, and the credit you used to book to authorize for incidentals during your stay. This is also the time the agents will take care of any outstanding balances on your account.

Q: What are your hours? 
A: The main office is open 8AM-9PM.

Q: What are the after-hour arrival procedures? 
A: Please give us a call 941-778-6604 if you know you will be arriving after 9PM. The agent will then settle up any outstanding balance over the phone with a credit card. They will then give you a code to an after-hours lockbox to the left of your room entry door. You will find your parking tag inside your room to place in your car immediately. The next morning, please come to the front desk after 8AM to return the key from the lock box and get your actual room keys. At that time you will be asked for you photo ID as well.

Q: Are beach chairs included? 
A: Yes, your room will have beach chairs and an umbrella in the room when you arrive as well as beach/pool towels. The number of beach chairs depends on the size of the room:
Two bedroom & double queen suites will have four beach chairs. 
One bedroom suites & studios will have two beach chairs.
